Margie (Margaret) Bailey – Triathlete

Margie Bailey Running
Margie Bailey is an Ottawa based triathlete and member of Zone 3 Sports. Introduced to the triathlon scene in 2003, she began to train and race more competitively in 2006. After a two year break to start a family, Margie raced in the IronMan 70.3 Worlds in 2009. She is currently preparing for IronMan 70.3 World Championship, which takes place in Las Vegas in September, and for the International Triathlon Union’s Long Distance World Championship as a member of Canada’s Elite Women’s Team, 2011.
